Dynamics CRM Business Analyst, Southport, £45,000, D365 implementation, Green field project workAn established educational body are looking for a Dynamics CRM Business Analyst to join their newly established project team to work on a large digital transformation project that includes a D365 CE implementation. You'll work from Cumbrian based offices as well as having flexible and some home working options.You'll work in a large project team consisting of business analysts, developers, testers and an architect. This role will see you be the main point of contact liaising with stakeholders, gathering requirements for the new system. Strong stakeholder communication skills are essential as you scope requirements and identify opportunities for the system to automate. As this is a long standing education body, many current processes are manual, hence the lifecycle of this implementation is expected to be 3 years.
