Senior Chatbot Test Analyst - Monthly (Multiple roles at different levels Analyst, Lead, Manager etc).

An opportunity for a number of contract Chatbot Testers has arisen to work for a prestigious organisation based in Dubai. These roles will be responsible for ensuring quality along with developing and managing Automation suites for the organization's next generation AI chatbot platform, applications, and Virtual Assistants for Customers.

Responsibilities

-Prepare test strategy, test plans and test cases that cover business requirements and participate in execution of test cases.

-Perform Component test, System integration testing, End to end UI tests, load test and Performance tests, Vulnerability tests as part of Acceptance testing activities and phase.

-Participate in test automation and manual exercises being conducted within the IT department.

-Prepare test reports reflecting testing results and share progress reports

-Collaborate with SME/Architects and other Language Engineers in developing coherent frameworks

Essential

-Solid understanding of Automation framework development & design patterns across multiple languages including but not limited to JavaScript, NodeJS, Java, Python.

-Solid understanding of implementing data driven testing and UI testing using WebDriverIO or equivalent.

-Good Experience testing Rest APIs using RestAssured.

-Experience in writing component, Integration, contract and E2E tests for a Backend solutions.

-Knowledge of micro services based services design, development, testing and maintenance.

-Proficient with AWS/Azure cloud, Cloud services, methodologies and best practices

-Experience using CI tools like Jenkins, OpenShift or equivalent.

-Experience on NOSQL platforms like - Couchbase, MongoDB, and Cassandra.

-Shift left DevOps and Testing strategy

Desirable

-Experience with at least one the chatbot framework (Microsoft Bot Framework -preferred, Botkit, Dialogflow, IBM Watson, Botpress, Wit.ai, Luis, RASA Stack, chatterbot)

-Experience in testing solutions in Microsoft Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, NLP, or analytics into a scaled IT development environment, Chatbot or Virtual Assistants.

-Knowledge in testing methodologies relevant to Bot testing and tools (Qbox, Botium).

-Aware of the latest testing and technology trends and using them to improve daily practices
