A successful broking firm in Central London are looking for a talented Service Delivery Manager to grow and manage their Service and Support teams globally. You will implement, manage and promote service management and best practice to meet global service levels and targets. We are looking for a Service Manager who is capable of both motivating, mentoring and evolving new members as well as existing members in a global team.
You will have previous experience implementing ITIL Service Management and training the team to ensure all parties adhere to the help desk system. Ideally you will be a ITIL Service management practitioner and a CCNP.
