Our glowing reputation has allowed us to work with household names across the private and public sector. We have recently acquired a large-scale project with a prestigious client, who require a Senior IT Technician with valid Security clearance (SC Clearance or preferably NATO clearance) to join the team on a contract basis. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?....We require an experienced IT Support technician to be on a secured client site in Mons, Belgium. General duties will include daily Analysis and support of infrastructure. Acting as a liaison to the organizations internal and external customers. Performing manually assisted data collections where automation cannot be implemented. Ensuring that system services are delivered within financial constraints of the service level agreement. Ensuring services are delivered in a standardised way and in accordance with the written guidance provided. Providing subject matter expertise as required. Proactively engage in the continual improvement of support within the designated systems. Providing extended hours support in accordance with the SLA and any other duties as required. WHAT YOU NEED…..Experience with 1st/2nd and 3rd line support.Windows operating systems, windows server, active directory.ITILSC/DV Clearance or NATO equivalent. WHAT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE…..Knowledge of NATO principles (NCOP, Core GIS, TOPFAS, LOGFAS, AirC2IS or NIRIS)Good Problem solving skillGreat communication and presentation skills.Network troubleshooting experience.
