DescriptionProvide 1st line IT technical support.Ensures all tickets are logged, prioritised and resolved within SLA.Handles all queries professionally and efficiently, maintaining a high degree of customer serviceProvide technical hardware and application supportEnsure tickets are escalated when required to the relevant person / team.ProfileMinimum 1 years' experience in a 1st line IT support role is essentialExperience with all Microsoft desktop operating systems and office suiteExperience with Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDS)Experience working within a PCI and FSA regulated businessTCP/IP networking skills experience (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)Knowledge of Active DirectoryJob Offer£22,000-£26,000 + additional benefits
