My client is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to support the continue growth of the IT function and wider business.You will act as the technical SME in Office 365 as well as providing both BAU support and project input in the following technologies; Windows Server, VMware, Citrix, Active Directory, Cisco networking.Client DetailsExcellent opportunity for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join a large scale Logistics/Distribution organisation based in Chippenham on a permanent basis.Description3rd Line escalated technical support across the following technologies:Windows Server 2003-2016, Active Directory, VMWare, Citrix, Office 365, Cisco networkingActing as the Office 365 Subject Matter expert (SME) to ensure the business gets the most out of the product.Working as part of a team to ensure large scale project delivery against tight deadlines.Ownership of certain project areasFocusing on the continued improvement of the internal IT infrastructureLiaising with 3rd parties and suppliersProfile5+ years experience in an Infrastructure support positionPrevious technical exposure to the following technologies- Windows Server 2003-2016, Active Directory, VMWare, Citrix, Office 365, Cisco networking.Supplier management experienceStrong project managementGood communication skillsEnterprise scale client experience is desirable but not essentialJob Offer£38,000-£42,000 + additional benefits
