UX Research Participant Coordinator vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company.Your experience/skills:3+ years of Work experience in recruiting, user experience, customer support, coordination, administrative and project management supportGood command of Gmail, Drive, Calendar and AnalyticsFamiliarity with technology products paired with experience with database technology containing queries and reporting knowledge of NDA and privacy best practicesUniversity degree in any field preferredLanguages: English, fluent in written and spokenYour tasks:Searching and recruiting research participant candidates from a database of creators who are in the UX Research program, employee referrals while also through own networking efforts visiting creator eventsEnsuring that the candidates fulfill the corporate standards by interviewing them online or on phone regarding availability, interest level and appropriate qualificationsManaging the coordination of the logistics of user research with participant scheduling, facility scheduling and distribution of incentivesAssisting the researchers if any legal consideration problems occur during their studiesFinding new and creative solutions to recognise target participants and convey them into our databaseInspecting study specifications and planned assessments ensuring a high quality of dataLiaising with researchers to understand certain needs and maintaining regular communication on recruiting process along with meeting their specified goals in time Start: 02/2020
