My telecommunications client is looking for Wireless Acquisition & Design Delivery Managers to join their team in Reading on 6 month contracts initially.

Main Purpose of Job:

* Strong experience in Wireless Acquisition & Design (RAN Deployment)

* Customer facing role; customer reports & presentations required

* Workflow management experience - milestone alignment, data entry

* Strong Communication & IT skills

* Ensuring key personnel and design partners are compliant with project design standards

* Management, input and awareness of client/internal Site Design queries (technical or H&S Radio Structural Electrical ICNIRP H & S

* Management/Monitoring/Forecasting for delivery of designs & dependencies

* Provide assist with project specific solutions & associated creation of documentation

* Forecasting and managing site acquisition delivery and ensuring necessary legal consents, planning and access rights obtained for both Individual Site Providers (ISP) and Multi Site Providers (MSP/MSA) sites

* Management of site risks and issues, their mitigation and resolution, including negotiating with SP or SP agents and managing escalations to client property Point of Contact (POC) for support (via Acquisition department)

* Maintenance of Acquisition activity progress information and blockers in Programme database and Acquisition progress (including finance coverage/POs and Handover/AHOP submission).

The A&D Delivery Manager will be expected to have a good working knowledge of key areas within Acquisition and Design, working with the direct support of the lead Acquisition Managers and Lead Design Engineers to ensure that sites that have been designed by 3rd parties are compliant prior to the acquisition process mobilising - however also understanding enough of the various design elements to manage change, and guide the SWC Partners (in line with Design criteria guidelines) to ensure milestones are claimed and sites are ready to pass to the separate Build Team.

The candidate will often be required to work in high-pressure environments to deliver against often ambitious targets.

The candidate must be based/travel as requested between x2 primary locations in Reading.
