Based in the heart of London, we are an innovative managed service provider who provide services to small businesses nationally. We have grown in size since our doors first opened and we are therefore seeking to appoint a talented 1st Line Support Engineer to join our ever growing team!

We are a Microsoft Certified Partner which means we have a close working relationship with Microsoft which enables us to have access to support which end users don't have. We are constantly evolving to ensure that we keep the pace with the increased demands of our clients and are therefore looking for an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer to join our team.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Immersing yourself as a key member on the team, you will be demonstrating your expertise in 1st Line Support ensuring that all calls to the helpdesk are logged and responded to, you will be working with technologies such as Windows Server, Windows O/S, TCP/IP, Office365 and many more!
