MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor MEP Contractor | Southampton | up to £65,000 plus package An MEP contractor with offices across the UK are looking for an Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to initially work on a landmark £10m retail, accommodation and mixed-use project in London.However, you will be based from a Southampton office, working closely with a tight-knit team consisting of a Commercial Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Assistant QS at present, all of whom are MEP specialists. The company specialise in MEP works nationally, and generally have projects with values anywhere from £5m - £50m in sectors such as sports & leisure, healthcare, listed/historic buildings, data centres, retail, education and transport.The company work with a variety of Tier 1 Contractors nationally, and have experienced a period of rapid growth, expansion and profit over the last 12 months - this has been a major focus of this business plan.The ideal candidate will have an MEP background - candidates electrically and mechanically biased will both be considered - and they will have experience working on projects of over £5m.They will be able to hit the ground running and be self-sufficient, as you will be expected to lead the team of Quantity Surveyors in the Southampton office on this project, with support from a national company that prides itself on its performance standards, close relationships and teamwork.
