Senior Systems Manager - Salesforce (Part Time)

We are now seeking a Senior Systems Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in a newly created role managing our CRM system, Salesforce. The Role As our Senior Systems Manager, you will develop and integrate Salesforce-based systems for services across our organisation. You will manage individual service requirements, configure systems, migrate data and provide training to ensure successful system adoption. Reporting to our Head of Digital Systems, you will also: - Administer Salesforce including configuring process automation tools
- Lead the planning and delivery of Salesforce-based systems to new services
- Contribute towards projects across the organisation
- Provide technical support and solutions
- Develop a strong understanding of user needs
- Maintain your knowledge of the Salesforce platform
- Review and lead systems architecture improvements About You To join us as our Senior Systems Manager, you will need: - Expertise and at least two years' experience in Salesforce across the areas of advanced administration, development, training and end-user support
- Experience of managing systems with significant numbers of users (100+)
- Expertise and experience of defining and developing new business systems
- Expertise and experience in leading and advising on organisational change programmes
- Expertise and experience in the analysis and reporting of management information and performance indicators
- Experience and an understanding of IT and business systems
- Experience and understanding of managing sensitive personal information and the related legislation
- The ability to work with complex data models and develop system architecture
- Confidence in setting up and training users Please note; this role has the option to be home based, this would then exclude London weighting. This role will close on the 31st January 2020. The working hours for this role are 22.2 - 29.6 hours per week over 3 - 4 days with regular travel.
