IT Procurement Consultant/Technical Procurement Consultant/Infrastructure Procurement Consultant/Cloud Procurement Consultant/Technical Procurement Consultant/Outsourced Procurement/IT Procurement Specialist/Managed Service Consultant/IT Outsourcing Consultant Type - Contract Location - Maidenhead Duration - 9 month initial Rate - £500-£700 per day (Outside IR35) IT Procurement Consultant/Technical Procurement Consultant/Infrastructure Procurement Consultant/Cloud Procurement Consultant/Technical Procurement Consultant/Outsourced Procurement/IT Procurement Specialist/Managed Service Consultant/IT Outsourcing Consultant IT Procurement consultant required to join a financial services provider based in Maidenhead. The chosen candidate will support the business in the outsourcing of their IT Infrastructure (Server Farms, Contact centre etc) towards a cloud environment either through a managed service or through a fully outsourced platform. This individual would need to assess different sourcing options via an RFI (Request for Information) exercise aimed at targeted suppliers leading seamlessly into an RFP (Request for Proposal) where the most appropriate option and sub set of suppliers will be progressed to contract. The Infrastructure Procurement Consultant will be expected to operate as a key member of the project team with accountability for designing and delivering the end procurement process through to a successful handover. Key Skills/Experience - Extensive experience (Ideally 10 years+) in leading MSP and Outsourced Procurements - Leading IT Infrastructure sourcing projects - Cloud Transformations/Environments is essential - Financial Services experience - with regulated FCA environments - Supplier engagement - IT Supplier Market Knowledge - Commercial Negotiation Skills
