Senior Dynamics NAV/ Navision Support Analyst - HampshireJob DescriptionActive requirement from a growing provider of Dynamics NAV/ 365 Business Central solutions for an exciting role in their customer support team. My client requires a passionate support professional, with previous experience supporting Dynamics NAV solutions, and with a drive to provide phenomenal customer service to NAV end users across the UK and Europe - on both a remote and face to face basis.This challenging new role offers the chance to join a brilliant, expanding company with a family orientated culture and excellent openings for professional development/ progression.Role & Responsibilities2nd/ 3rd line support of customer Dynamics NAV/ D365 Business Central systems Analysis, triage and troubleshooting of system issues through to completionCollaboration with project teams on NAV implementation phases, with a particular focus on testing/ go-lives
