They say that the average job seeker spends around 60-90 seconds reading through a job ad before deciding whether to press 'apply' or 'next'.So, with the fact I am a fan of pointless statistics taken into account, I thought I would see if I could craft something short (and hopefully sweet) to describe this hybrid role…One of the world's leading Application Security (AppSec) Vendor's is looking to recruit experienced IT Security Program Managers into their existing client delivery function. The roles are based out of their HQ in London and offer an opportunity to work directly with blue chip customers on E2E projects in the AppSec/SaaS space. The roles are slightly different to your typical delivery-focused role in that they incorporate a mix of customer relationship management and account management alongside your typical project work. This organisation have a multitude of customers and their IT Security Program Managers are tasked with dealing with them throughout the project lifecycle. Therefore, a background working with end customers is highly desirable as are some of the following:IT Project Management - You must have proven experience delivering IT projects, ideally SaaS/Cloud and/or Cyber Security. However, applicants with a background delivering Application Development or ERP/CRM projects will also be considered.IT Security Experience - Candidates should have a background in either IT Security or AppSec, whether that is simply delivering projects in that area or hands on technical experience either as a Consultant or Engineer. Industry qualifications (CISM, CISSP) and knowledge of OWASP is also desirable.Agile Methodologies - Experience delivering Agile projects is preferred, including experience with Scrum, Kanban and SAFe. Candidates with experience working in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment will also be considered.Client Management - Ideally, applicants must have experience working directly with customers, whether that be in either an account management, consultancy or customer success management capacity. Experience in the enterprise space would be preferred.Stakeholder Management - Finally, proven experience engaging with both internal and external stakeholders (up to c-level ideally) is a must.In return, you will be given the opportunity to join an exciting and genuinely innovative organisation with huge growth plans in the UK. You will get the chance to work on cutting edge projects and will benefit from a competitive base salary alongside annual bonuses, healthcare and the chance to work remotely a couple of days' per week.So if this advert has tickled your fancy and you managed to read it within 60-90 seconds then why not take a leap of faith any apply?
