Founded back in 2001, the company have been working for over 17 years to help some of the world's best-known sports clubs & organisations (including the NFL, Wembley Stadium, and world-renowned football clubs like Liverpool FC, Arsenal FC and Manchester City) expand their knowledge of their fans, and maximise their engagement accordingly.Job descriptionIn this Graduate IT Support job, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and supporting payment solutions. Working with different internal departments, third-party companies and a range of clients, you'll be providing essential 2nd line support, resolving all payment-related queries quickly and efficiently. You'll need to be able to work autonomously, as you'll be focusing on projects both independently and as part of a team.Key responsibilitiesIn this Graduate IT Support job, your responsibilities will include:

'€¢Documenting critical and routine procedures as well as end user literature'€¢Monitor and maintain Portal environments'€¢Keeping current live clients designs up to date via in-house software'€¢Database level trouble shooting'€¢Provide telephone support, email support response ensuring the support desk is covered during core business hours

Job requirements

'€¢Educated to degree level with a 2.1 in a relevant computing discipline'€¢Solid understanding of SQL database'€¢Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS advantageous'€¢General understanding of web functions accessibility, usability, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility'€¢Working to strict deadlines to meet client expectations'€¢Excellent communication, diagnostic and troubleshooting skill
