Executive Assistant - vacancy for our Basel based client in the financial sector. Your experience/skills:5+ years of secretarial and administrative work experience in a financial or banking institutionExpertise in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, spreadsheet, presentations and data softwareAbility to perform information analysis, identifying issues and communicate recommendationsCompetent in producing high quality work on time and under pressureExcellent organisational and time management skillsA-level degree, two year secretarial diploma or equivalentLanguages: English, fluent in written and spoken Your tasks:Performing administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, office diaries filing for upcoming appointments and preparing of the relevant document neededSupervising email inbox and ensuring the timely follow up for general and specific requestsOrganising various business trips and the regarding appointments, as well as preparing all the travel related documentation regarding the requirements of the host institutionsEnsuring the documentation of confidential material and maintaining an efficient office filling systemPerforming all the mentioned tasks not only with MS Office tools but as well as with latest technological developments, if handed Start: ASAP
