Leading financial services company require a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to be responsible for creating and managing business intelligence, reporting and data analysis by supporting the development life cycle with database design, SQL coding and optimization. Client DetailsInternational Financial Services organisationDescriptionKey Deliverables:Design, build and deploy Business Intelligence Solutions & maintain and support data analytics platforms (Data Warehouse, SSAS Cubes). Creation and maintenance of SSRS reporting for both internal & external stakeholders. Tuning and optimization through code and schema mechanisms. Provide robust data analysis to the business when required. Create data fixes & schema changes for the production team as required. Monitoring, control & validation of production changes in-line with governance process. Provide BI support for all projects being responsible for and assisting with design, code and implementation. Devise and enforce database development standards e.g. naming conventions, source control and deployment methods. Maintain the database schema and regulate any required changes with production. Provide data and BI reporting to management and external parties. Working within agreed SLA timescales to deliver business requests.

Key Technical Skills: Microsoft SQL Server 2005 - 2017. ETL processing using SSIS. Data modelling - ability to design and implement optimal schemas for OLTP and Reporting. SSRS & XML manipulation within SQL Server. Familiar with MS Office toolset. Data Warehouse design, OLAP design and deployment.
