Business Development and Sales Manager (Pharma- Antibody)£150,000 OTEUK/USA based - Remote working Are you an experienced BD/Sales Manager with a substantial background in antibody discovery? Do you have a wealth of experience with Pharma deals? Do you now want the opportunity to boost your career with an innovative cutting-edge firm that use state of the art technologies to further developments and discoveries?My client is building a world-first computational antibody drug discovery platform to predict antibody-antigen binding and provide antibody drug candidates. They are now experiencing massive growth and are looking to appoint a remote-based BD/Sales Manager to continue to drive the business. The Role: The position will be split as the first year has a different strategy -Year 1:- Understand the short and long term strategy - Win two new customers Pharma or CRO - Sells 19 discovery projects to Pharma and CROs in 2020 Year 2 - Negotiates and closes multi-drug deals with MS payments and royalties - Creates a BD&Sales playbook to be used by new hires - Sets up the compensation plan for the BD&Sales team - Manages the BD&Sales team The Candidate: Must have at least 10 years' experience working within antibody discovery sales/BDExperience with USA expansionExperience with challenges of CRO to Pharma transition Please send your CV for consideration to [email protected]
