Training Coordinator vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company.Your experience/skills:Ability to work across region and time-zone to achieve both group and individual goalsTalented in organisation and communicationCapability of fostering positive working relationships with colleagues at all organizational levelsActs in a proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented mannerLanguages: English, fluent in written and spokenYour tasks:Overseeing local logistics and operations for a wide array of training programsReplying to queries about training programs using a centralised ticket management systemHelping Program Managers so that their learning programs run smoothly from start to finishMaintaining a focus on operational scale and excellence during tactical executionInteracting effectively to attendees and stakeholders details about programs you supportCooperating with stakeholders to ensure all program materials are up-to-date Start: ASAP
