Experience and Skills:Essential5+ years of hands-on software implementation experience with CRM SolutionsA deep understanding of CRM software implementation project life cycles and methodologiesExtensive track record of delivering complex, large scale projects, to time and budgetPrevious experience leading CRM projects for an Implementation Partner/ConsultancyDesirableFormal Project Management training (such as PMP, Prince2)Educated to degree level, preferably in an IT related field and/or businessManagement of at least two full life cycle Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation projects1+ years of hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRMExposure to Microsoft Dynamics Online and Dynamics 365Responsibilities:Lead the planning and implementation of projectsFacilitate the definition of project scope, risks, goals and deliverability Define project tasks and resource requirementsDevelop full scale project plansAssemble and coordinate project staffManage project budgetManage project resource allocationTrack project deliverables and issues using appropriate toolsProvide direction and support to project teamConstantly monitor and report on progress of the projects to all stakeholdersPresent reports defining project progress, problems and solutionsImplement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputsProject evaluations and assessment of result
