3rd Line IT Support Engineer who has in-depth IT experience within a service and operations environment with a deep understanding of IT infrastructures, VMWare, Server OS, Active Directory etc. is required by a leading Global Law Firm based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

SALARY:  up to £45,000 per annum (Depending on Experience) + Benefits   

LOCATION: Leeds, West Yorkshire

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

KEY REQUIREMENTS: Candidates will need to have some commercial experience supporting Multi-Factor Authentication / MFA / Single Sign On applications.

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer who has in-depth IT experience within a service and operations environment with a deep understanding of IT infrastructures, VMWare, Server OS, Active Directory etc.

Working as the 3rd Line IT Support Engineer you will join the Company's Identity and Authentication Team, who are seeking to expand their team by adding two more experienced 3rd Line IT Support Engineers who have previous experience of Multi-Factor Authentication / MFA / Single Sign On applications with one or more of the following: IOS, Windows, PCs, Macs, Laptops and Mobile Phones.

As the 3rd Line IT Support Engineer you will have excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to provide a high level of technical expertise and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As the 3rd Line IT Support Engineer you will have the following skills, experience and technical knowledge:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good stakeholder management skills

Good understanding of service level agreements

Must be pro-active and solutions driven

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience of Multi-Factor Authentication / MFA / Single Sign On applications with one or more of the following: IOS, Windows, PCs, Macs, Laptops and Mobile Phones

Endpoint Security

Windows Server 2008 - 2019

VMware- 6.5

Active Directory

Identity Access Management
