Technical Customer Support Lead

This role would someone with a Technical background and the ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with Electrical Wholesalers, Trades Stockists or confident in dealing with technical consumer products support.
The Role * Lead the Technical Support team and deliver an excellent service to customers * Providing a great service to customers via telephone, email and live chat * Other duties will include: monitor rapid online response, liaise with technical teams to ensure field issues are communicated, record returns/product faults etc.
The Person * Previous experience in a Technical Support or similar role * Previous experience in dealing with Trade companies, Wholesalers or from a background in Consumer products * Looking to play an integral role within a successful and leading company
