The role
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and passionate OrderComms specialist to join our implementation and consultancy team.  Reporting into our ICE Delivery Lead, you will deliver projects to healthcare clientele across the UK. You will also be responsible for providing clients with guidance and advice for workflow planning, and driving best practice for the greatest customer return on investment. As a member of the project team, you will be working with the client and CliniSys team members to deliver a product that exceeds client expectations.   

Key responsibilities:
 Travelling to client sites across the UK to provide consultancy on CliniSys software productsConsulting pre and post-sale with key stakeholders as requested to ensure project scope aligns with contracted customer expectationsEffectively organising and prioritising project tasks to ensure timely completion of projects assignedDemonstrating a thorough knowledge and understanding of department procedures and guidelinesProviding continuous evaluation of process improvements, by monitoring both client and departmental feedbackConducting training sessions for clients as part of the overall implementation processIndependently resolving project issues or determining when escalation to management is requiredGuiding clients in their decision making to achieve maximum efficiency using CliniSys best practiceStays up-to-date on new features, enhancements, versions and products;Collaborating with Professional Services Consultants to expand own and others depth of CliniSys product knowledgeMaintaining a high level of commitment to superior customer satisfaction through the entire duration of the customer relationship;Completing other projects as assigned 
Knowledge, skills, abilities:
 Strong in-depth background in software solutions within healthcare sector, e.g.:NHS TrustsPrimary or secondary healthcare environmentsGPs, referred GP / hospital networksAny expertise in understanding healthcare workflow(s) is highly desirableAny expertise with health informatics or leading OrderComms products, such as CliniSys ICE, is highly advantageous Experience working in a consulting environment preferredEffective writing and communication skills, able to present and articulate complex issues simplyProblem-solving and trouble-shooting skillsDemonstrable ability to work independentlyAbility to teach and present in a classroom settingAttention to detail and strong organisational skillsAbility to effectively manage multiple prioritiesAbility to effectively communicate with all organisational levelsThe ability to work under pressure and ensure deadlines are met 
Education and experience :
 Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Information TechnologyExpertise in a healthcare and/or IT/software environmentAny experience with healthcare sector is highly desirable
