Manchester has quickly become the fastest growing city in Europe and this has had a profound effect on the IT and Security market. As more and more companies move major projects to the Manchester area, the competitiveness of the existing major players in this field is being challenged.

So, what does this mean for the new year? It means that as a high level cleared Software Developer in the North West you can expect a minimum of a £5,000 increase in salary and an overall package increase of nearly £10,000!

Alongside a sizable discrepancy in salary, you now have the options to choose between off sight working, commercial industry exploration and a far healthier working environment. The cloak and daggers environment associated with the Manchester Cyber industry is effectively coming to an end and this means 2020 could be your year to experience an entirely new approach to your career.

What role is available?
A number of DV Cleared Software Engineers are required to help deliver into a series of key clients. A typical day will involve designing and implementing new software solutions, unity testing and creating supporting solutions to both existing and green field projects.

You can also expect an emphasis on training and development with courses for Machine learning, Dev Ops and Full Stack Development being provided.

To be eligible for this role you must be able to maintain high level UK security clearances.
