I have an exciting opportunity to join one of my close clients in Bath. A position has opened for a software Senior QA Analyst to link up with the company's Mobile and Web production teams.What will you be responsible for?Ensuring the users' needs are fully understood and user stories include effective and actionable acceptance criteria.Assist with estimating implementation of new featuresTake a risk-based approach to exploratory testingHelping teams with verification across all the levels of testWorking with the developers to identify the scenarios to be automatedIf automation isn't possible, make sure that manual tests are organised and performedHelp format QA processes alongside the QA ManagerSolving problems and identifying the problems that weren't already highlighted Technical Experience Required:Bash/Perl/JavaScript/Python scriptingTDD / BDD methodologyA good knowledge of automation frameworkKnowledge of JIRA/Trello or equivalentIf you are confident in testing both in automated and a manual way, whilst being a big team player then I would love to hear from you! The ideal candidate would have experience in testing mobile apps and would be eager to learn and develop. This company is rapidly growing and is keen to find ambitious individuals to drive this forward.
