We are looking for several Information Security Consultants to join a growing security assurance service team. This is a customer facing role, consultants will visit customer sites conducting the NCSC Cyber Essentials assessments and communicating results to clients.
Role Responsibilities:
• Leading clients on their risk management strategies.
• Have a working exposure of recognised risk management frameworks /methodologies such as ISO27001, NCSC Cyber Essentials etc.
• Solid understanding of risks, threats and vulnerabilities
• IT Health Checks (CHECK), providing scope of works, analysis of ITHC reports and remediation plans.
• Understand the design of systems, levels of risk, manageable business and technical complexity and meaningful impact.
• Advise technical teams to ensure security decisions and provide advice and guidance, ensuring the effective use of common tools and patterns.
• Working with clients to build trusted relationships
• Ability to communicate clearly, to both technical and exec/board level staff
Desirable certifications:
Any of the following certifications would be considered a plus:
• CISSP, CISM, CCP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor
• Certified CE and CE+ assessor (IASME preferred) OR
• CCP SIRA - Senior, Auditor or Architect
• CEH, CPTP, CSTA, CPSA, CompTIA, Pen Test+,
