Are you tired of travelling? Do you want an office-based role that can utilise your software end-user training and support skills?We are recruiting for a new role based within our head office in Warrington. Due to our success, we have seen a gap within our support line for reoccurring support issues, which could be resolved with training. Leading us to search for an experienced IT trainer to join this new department and work closely within our existing support teams to provide training to our clients in line with their support needs.
Within this role, you will be offering training and support on our bespoke software package, specifically designed to aid local councils and governments with some of the nations most important decisions. This fast-paced environment can offer you diversity, challenge and progression with your skillset as well as stability as the role is based in the office 80% of the year. Unlike most training roles you will be working 9-5.30 Monday to Friday offering a healthy work-life balance. You must have previous experience of face to face, remote, webinars and WebEx training as well as creating training materials and hands-on software support 1st 2nd line.
