As a Senior Information Security Consultant, you will be advising on specific technologies and identifying areas for quick improvement - as well as strategically, helping organisations to develop a long-term strategy to address their cyber security risks.You will be working independently on client site (otherwise working from home) and report into the Head of Consultancy.
Required background;Leading clients on their risk management strategies.Presentation skills at C-levelSolid understanding of risks, threats and vulnerabilitiesHave a working exposure of recognised risk management frameworks / methodologies such as ISO27001, NIST CSF, NCSCWorking with clients to build trusted relationshipsAbility to communicate clearly, to both technical and exec/board level staffSkills and knowledge;Previous exposure in a security consultancy role.Have a working understanding of the GDPR/DPAHave awareness of PCI DSSHave a solid technical background, with hands-on exposure with technologies such as Windows/Linux, networking, databases, development, firewalls, security technologies such as antivirus, IDS/IPS, DLPHold ISO27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certificationEligibility to be Security ClearedDesirable certifications:
