Do you have strong Service Modelling experience and the ability to identify, justify and document appropriate service tools, designs and models? This role will give you the opportunity to become the Services SME within a project delivery team, responsible for all Service Design elements including the transition of the design into live services.
It's a role that plays an integral part in demonstrating the companies ability to deliver quality services in line with contractual commitments.

Service DesignProcess Design and IntegrationPlanning for Service IntroductionSNOC/Service Desk designService Management toolset configurationWriting Service Documentation as required by contract deliverablesCan you demonstrate?
Detailed knowledge of Service Delivery concepts and techniquesA strong operational understanding of service supply chainsExperience of Service Operating Model design for major IT systemsThe ability to write coherent, concise, and readable technical documentation Essential Skills
