C# / .Net Developer - WCF & Web APIOur client is looking for a .Net Developer with good experience of WCF & WebAPI. The role is initially for 3 months with a view to renew therafter. For this role you need to have the follwing essential skills / experience: Knowledge & Experience
'€¢Solid development of experience of Web Services using WCF and WebAPI '€¢Understanding of C# and the .NET Framework, and experience of TDD and Unit Testing (using NUnit or similar), Resharper, Stylecop. '€¢Sound knowledge of design patterns and practices such as OOP, MVC, MVVM, CI and CD. '€¢Use of ALM toolsets such as JIRA, TFS or Github for work item tracking, source control and continuous integration. '€¢Knowledge of defensive coding techniques and security concepts such as OWASP '€¢Automated deployment using tools such as TFS, Octopack, Bamboo or similar '€¢Understanding of Web technologies, specifically HTML5, AngularJS and jQuery '€¢Leveraging Federated Authorisation using OAuth using OpenID, ADFS or similar. '€¢Windows Server and related components such as IIS '€¢Experience in integrating with 3rd party solutions via API libraries, messaging, andor web services. '€¢Experience with Messaging transports such as MSMQ or Azure ServiceBus '€¢Knowledge and experience of development on a Windows platform using WPF with a MVVM framework such as Caliburn Micro andor ReactiveUI.
