YOUR ROLE
Aramark Northern Europe is looking for 2 x IT Support Analysts to join our team in our Leeds Office on a Fixed Term, Contract basis until the end of October 2020. The successful candidates will provide effective IT support services and be responsible for resolving any IT faults quickly and efficiently in line with service level agreements which will cover a broad range of queries, this will be both onsite and remotely. They will work with customers and internal teams to ensure that operational excellence is delivered and maintained. This is a full-time position. Due to the nature of the role, there will be some out of hours work required. There will be a payment enhancement to cover this. Please only apply if you are happy with this arrangement.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
Provide initial customer support for custom line-of-business applications
Manage incidents using company standard tools and processes
Supporting and maintaining Windows 7 and 10 Computers
Providing Office 365 Client Solutions
Escalation of IT issues within the team
Assisting users with new laptops and desktops
Installing authorised software
Asset Lifecycle Management
Provide exceptional Service support to the business
Work to SLA thresholds for incident(s), request(s) and problem(s)
Contribute to polices, processes and procedures
Establishing a good working relationship with the business and customers
REQUIREMENTS
You:
At least one years' experience working within a Technical Services Support Desk
Experience supporting Microsoft Office 2010 and newer
Understanding of ITIL Framework
Experience supporting a Microsoft Windows 7,8 or 10 environment
Active Directory administration and O365 administration
Knowledge of MacOS, Linux, iOS/iPad/Android
TCP/IP network and general LAN/WAN troubleshooting
High Standard of Incident and Problem management
Strong communication skills both written and spoken
Excellent attention to detail
Use initiative to ensure that high importance deadlines and SLAs are met
