You will be responsible for 2nd line Application Support including:Problem resolution and root causes analysisCreating reports and dashboards for business reportingBasic configuration of system applicationsProfile3 years IT Application Support experienceDemonstrable experience in an ITIL environment (preferably ITIL certified)Strong skills with MS Office, in particular ExcelKnowledge of relational databases and SQL querying skillsDesirable experience includes:Previous experience within Finance/Investment/banking/Wealth Management sectorKnowledge of IRESS software products (Pulse, Symphony, Fusion)XPLAN administration skillsReporting packages e.g Business Objects, Crystal ReportsJob OfferThis is the opportunity to join a business who are one of the largest and longest-established in the UK, in the arena of wealth management and financial planning.
