* Lead the continual improvement of workflow solutions, via feedback from users and any non-compliance;
* Lead the identification and analysis of the requirements to complete tasks with the Central Engineering Team, in a systematic and repeatable manner, whilst maximising the effective use of the resources, both people and technology;
* Collaborates with operations and SME to determine and document as-in processes throughout the organization;
* Conduct change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of process/workflow changes;
* Consult with the Engineering Teams and translate the requirements into business processes and where applicable develop and deploy a workflow solution to drive timeliness and repeatability;
* Justify all workflow developments to ensure the business case is supported by IS, as required;
* Drive via IS the identification of system solutions and partners to deliver and maintain the workflow solutions deployed;
* Support the process audits coordinated by the Compliance Team, to ensure rigorous application of all critical business processes and continual improvements in both process and workflows, based on audit feedback;
* Manages projects and coordinates the implementation of process change rollouts. Oversees the technical and nontechnical implementation of new processes;
* Lead user acceptance testing and new workflow functionality assessment;
* In conjunction with the Compliance Team, train users on all the new processes and workflows, to ensure competence;
* Participates in the implementation of automated tools and technologies to create business process efficiencies;
* Works with operations teams to ensure proper control plans are deployed as a result of business and regulatory changes;
* Develops process map workflows, requirements, and work content documentation;
* Promote positive and productive reaction to on-going business changes;
* Create necessary reporting to effectively manage client engagement, complete on timely basis, and ensure contractual level of accuracy;
* Provide clear and concise communication and reporting to clients, project teams and stakeholders.
