We are looking for a Solutions/System Architect on a 6 month contract.A national security clearance is required for this role

Role Activities:

Responsible for the overall system design and how the subsystems are designed and delivered. The system design

Will be captured in system design document which will be an iterative document with configuration controlled applied to maintain baselines at appropriate points in thesystemlifecycle, e.g.PDR,CDRandXRR.TheSDD will include:

Logical design

Physical Design

Methodologies used

Product Selection / Design

Subsystem or component breakdown

Interfaces

Information Flows

Tracing to Requirements

Performance

Security Controls and Design

The SDD will be supported by other documentation within the technical suite which will enable the logical breakdown of lower level designs to include:

Interface Control Documents

System Integration Plan

Configuration Management Plan

Infrastructure Design

Security Design

Data Architecture and design

Attends relevant technical reviews (Preliminary Design Review (PDR)/Critical Design Review (CDR)) and site surveys as relevant Participates in external stakeholder communications to enable the above
