In this role you will be overseeing the manufacturing team, driving improvements and supporting introduction of new products. Working from a brand new facility in Bristol, you will help to deliver bespoke products to be provided to the installation team for projects worldwide. You will be responsible for managing projects and scheduling workloads, developing products and being hands on when required as well as liaising with the manufacturing and R&D departments to develop new prototype products.

The ideal candidate will have a background in woodwork, shop fitting (or similar) as well as having the ability to demonstrate managerial/supervisory experience.
