Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

£45,000 - £55,000 + Industry Training + Progression + 33 Days Holiday + Company Share Scheme + Additional Company Benefits

You will be based in or commutable from: Edinburgh, Glasgow, Livingston, Falkirk, Stirling, Hamilton, East Kilbride and surrounding locations.

Are you an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer looking to join an interesting and expanding organisation in a senior position where you will manage your own work load and work alongside blue chip clients within the Oil and Gas industry?

You will cover projects throughout their life cycle from cradle to grave whilst receiving continued training and progression allowing you to move into technical specialist or managerial positions.

This well-established, manufacturing and Design Company work alongside industry leaders within the Oil and Gas sector. Due to continued success and a recent massive investment the company are looking to recruit a Mechanical Design Engineer to build on the continued success of the company.

This role would someone who has a background Mechanical Design Engineer role with experience of working on design for subsea looking for a long term permanent position.The Role:

- working on the projects from concept to completion- liaising with Customers and Clients on projects- Mechanical Design position with FEA- Continued training and progression availableThe Person:

- A relevant Engineering degree

- Ideally you will have some experience within subsea design or structures

- CAD and FEA Modelling skills

- Long term permanent position
