Hi,I am looking for an IT Project Administrator, if this sounds like you feel free to apply. Project Deployment Administrator$450 per day6 month contractLocation: Sydney Olympic ParkIdeal start date: 3rd or 10th of Feb (Flexible) Key Responsibilities & requirement:Update the project plan (MS Project) with plan and actualsManage and drive defects status (JIRA) working with assignee cross teams to close defectsCreate/Update risks and issues raised or assigned to the deployment teamSet up meetings, take minutes, and follow up on outstanding actionsMust have experience on projects/system deployments or delivery. This role needs a go getter, that is self-managed, self-motivated and can work independently providing status and visibility of items under their responsibility. What is flexible and what is non-neg? Nonnegotiable is a Sydney resource with flexibility to work outside of normal working hours or weekends when required with MS Project experience.
