Senior HR Systems Specialist - SAP Payroll - West Midlands The role is primarily to manage and deliver a high-quality support and maintenance service for the new payroll system, SAP PayrollClient DetailsA prestigious public sector client based in Coventry with 7000+ user base.DescriptionTo support and enable the client to optimise its usage of HR systems through the management and delivery of a high-quality, efficient and reliable support and maintenance service for the SAP Payroll system.To provide high-level technical expertise in relation to the SAP Payroll system; determining how to meet emerging business requirements, carrying out advanced configuration changes, resolving complex technical issues and undertaking system-related project work.To manage the Systems Specialist and Systems Support Analyst effectively.To develop and maintain an effective working relationship with external supplier.ProfileEssential:Experience working with SAP PayrollAbility to deal with complex technical issues in a timely, accurate and effective wayExcellent written and verbal communication skills Desirable:Line management experienceSAP Payroll accreditationExperience of working in public sector/higher educationJob Offer£41,000 - £49,000 30 days holiday + 8 bank holidays + 6 statutory days leave over Christmasadditional benefits
