Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Fashion Producer to join a prestigious Art and High Fashion Photography and Film Production company that work on national and international projects with leading industry titles. Client DetailsMichael Page has teamed up with a prestigious Art and High Fashion Photography and Film Production Company. DescriptionKey responsibilities for a Senior Producer will include:- Deliver premium films and photography campaigns for leading brands and clients on budget on time- Work from brief to delivery on productions- Be responsible for all productions from the company- Work with clients to develop briefs, budget, schedules and crew- Set an efficient production process for key clients, coordinating timescales, liaising with client side Producers- Oversee from start to finish the creative and production process - ensuring the highest standards in quality and accuracy at all times- Define facilitate and manage cross-discipline integrated film and photo shoot solutions often with multiple sets and stakeholders- Negotiate with external suppliers and agents- Be responsible for all freelance and part time staff- Maintain and grow a 'black book' of freelancers: creatives, directors and editors- Maintain up to date recon budgets for margin tracking and reporting- Manage monthly updates on finance and margins ProfileAs a Senior Producer you will have 10 -15 years minimum experience as a Senior Producer in art /and or fashion photography and film production.Have a record of working on multiple, simultaneous projects with different production timescales. With experience of working across multiple productions /commercials simultaneously in different phases whilst managing large budgets up to and in excess of over a million.Boast a full contact book across all formats of production & post-production contacts who are experienced and work within fashion / film and commercials.Have an understanding of both the technical and creative process with the ability to manage and push a team to deliver high quality work.
