About Our Client
Our client is an innovative charitable provider of housing, care, and bespoke services exclusively for the over 55s in London. They also provide quality services to general needs tenants, owning and managing c.2000 properties across London. They have 90 years' experience of retirement home design and living in London. 

The Role
As the 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support to employees. 

Responding to email and telephone queries, you will accurately record issues and proactively work on their resolution. When necessary, you will contact third party suppliers and support providers to resolve technical problems. 

The Requirements

To be considered as a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will need: 

- Experience in administrating Active Directory, MS Exchange and Citrix
- Experience in the use of applications such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
- Experience in resolving tickets under KPIs and SLAs

A Microsoft certification would be beneficial to your application.
