Structural Engineer £38,000 - £50,000 + Support through to Chartership + Company BenefitsOffice based, commutable from Loughborough, Hinckley, Lutterworth, Leicester, Market Harborough. Are you a Structural Engineer with experience in Business Development, looking for a long-term position in which you can utilise your existing skills and knowledge, whilst working to achieve your Chartership?On offer is a position with a well-established company who are recognised for their excellence within the field. Their wide range of expertise, means that they have a portfolio of properties, allowing for varied experience within the role and the chance to work on a wide range of projects.This position would suit a Structural Engineer who is looking for progression and the opportunity to achieve their Chartership Qualification.The Role:Experience of managing staff at a junior level.Understanding of Structural Engineering with proven experience.Knowledge of development and design of products.Business Development experience is desirable. The Person:Proven background within Engineering.Experience at a managerial or supervisory level.Knowledge of projects and potential opportunities within the region.Technical knowledge of relevant software programmes.
