WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Starting with Searchability's Graduate Delivery Consultant programme in 2020 we will get you up to speed on specific markets within all things IT and Digital exploring different industries from Software Development, Marketing to Data Science. You will be learning how to use platforms including LinkedIn, Bullhorn (CMS system), Sourcebreaker (our recruitment software) and more.

Through social media and engaging conversations with those looking for exciting opportunities and attending technology orientated meet-ups to get a real understanding of the market. Using your knowledge and skills within Digital Marketing, you'll create digital marketing campaigns to feature on Web, Social Media and wider advertising platforms.

Inside our podcast room, you will have an opportunity to create exciting and engaging videos to improve our online engagement. You will be working alongside our Employee Branding Manager to create modern, diverse and unique digital campaigns to help Searchability to stand out from the competition. Using your knowledge of PPC campaigns you will increase traffic and engagement.

In addition to this, you will be using your marketing knowledge to recommend website changes that will improve performance as well as looking into Google Analytics and improving SEO.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…Relevant Degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent experience.Experience with Google Ad's and Google Analytics.SEO and PPC.Social Media Experience.Analytical and conceptual eye.Commercially minded.
