You'll play a central role in maintaining and supporting our platforms, working across our Application Container Platform (ACP), a leading-edge system that allows us to achieve high-velocity development and take advantage of the latest AWS features.  Whilst supporting the evolution of the ACP platform and advising on design constraints, best practice and cost implications you will also have responsibility for leading other engineers. As such this role is a great opportunity to further develop mentoring and leadership skills as you'll manage other team members.  You will also be at the forefront of how we work with ACP, ensuring it matures to become a more powerful core platform for our services - you will be ideally placed to help plan out the roadmap, skills and technologies required.

You should already have experience in DevOps and cloud technologies, preferably including technical skills in AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, OpenVPN and GitLab. Familiarity with Keycloak, SonarQube, ELK and Sysdig are also a bonus.  However, we will work with you to steer the balance between tech and technical leadership.
