Spring Technology is currently looking for a people focused Business Change Manager for a 3-6 month contract in Cardiff.

The role will fall inside IR35, so please apply if interested to discuss the rate in more detail.

This is perfect for an all rounder in the discipline of business change, who can maximise the staff adoption and engagement of various changes in process, systems, IT and culture. We are looking for a generalist skillset, who will be happy to work across various projects, helping the business facilitate change in it's various forms. You will be reporting directly into the Head of Change, to assess initiatives and decide where your expertise in change management is best applied through various means. You will hold responsibility in owning change management planning, collaborating with PM's, stakeholders and users to ensure a smooth adoption of the initiatives.

Skills:

*Experienced change management background, with a generalist skillset across business, IT, culture and processes

*A change management qualification would be preferred

*Knowledge of the Prosci change management methodology would be preferred
