Service Desk AnalystA Global Technology Law Firm based in the heart of Liverpool is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their new and advanced Service Team, tackling all issues desktop related! This role reports into the IT Service Delivery Manager. This is an opportunity to work for an organisation on the cutting-edge of technology, with their pioneering AI detection platform just a small part of their move to the future.You will be providing support to over 700 users across Microsoft Office 365 and bespoke specific legal software applications. They are firm believers in technology and are looking for support analysts who are also incredibly passionate about technology. They are also looking for individuals who are keen to build relationships and really embed themselves within the IT services team.
