EllisKnight are partnered with a fantastic global business and an opportunity has arisen for a German Speaking Project Manager to join them based in Reading. You will be responsible for the scope, schedule and budget of each project and Supply Management and Logistics.

Project Manager - Key areas of responsibilitiesManage projects through the full life cycle of definition, design, development, configure, test, pilot, deploy and closeout.Work with stakeholders and senior management to define tasks and key deliverables that support business goalsTravel once/ twice a month to Germany to meet with customers, colleagues and stakeholdersCommunicate project expectations to the relevant team members in a timely and clear fashionWork with relevant Account Manager to provide reviews to customers. Provide corrective action plans where necessaryProvide estimations for resources, costs and participants to achieve project goalsEnsure that procedures and purchase orders are managed in line with company compliance guidelinesAsses staffing levels and recruit appropriately if requiredDelegate tasks to relevant personnelTake responsibility for internal and external resourcesMaintain responsibility for supply chain, ensuring timely purchasing and optimum inventory controlCommunicate regularly and effectively with Manager, peers and team.Committed to contributing to quality excellence throughout the business.Project Manager - Skills/attributes required:Demonstrable experience in a project management roleFluent in German (oral and written)Microsoft Project experienceWell organised and structured in outlookExperience of working at a senior level in a customer facing roleSupply Chain and Logistics experienceAbility to analyse and describe a 'problem' simply and clearlyExcellent communication skills (written and spoken)Project Management experience within engineering/electronics or software related disciplinesPrince 2 qualified
