Software Support Analyst
We are seeking an Software Support Analyst to join a multi-award-winning software provider based in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire! You will join a close-knit team of likeminded individuals with the chance to work on some exciting projects and really drive the business forward! As the Software Support Analyst, you should boast experience supporting a wide range of Web-based applications. You will have experience supporting applications on AWS or Azure, and ideally have some exposure to different programming languages such as Java and .NET!
Key skills required for the Software Support Analyst:Extensive experience in applications support of a large and diverse portfolio of applications SQL Server experienceSystem Interface tools and API support experience would be idealExperience supporting applications on AWS or AzureExperience managing the full application lifecycleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
