MS Dynamics CRM Administrator, Warwickshire, £35,000My client are in need of an MS Dynamics CRM Administrator to facilitate continuous development of their D365 CE platform. The company have recently been commended on employee engagement. The continuous development of people is at the forefront of their strategy and is reflected in a healthy work-life balance in a family company environment.You will be responsible for every aspect of the CRM System including user adoption, troubleshooting, training, upgrades, liaising with Developers, data cleansing, reporting and running queries.You will also be given hands on training in customisation and configuration - meaning you will be able to create custom dashboards - again driving the development of your own skills, but also the development of the D365 Platform.What you can expect:A £35,000 salaryCompany benefits package.Opportunity for flexible working plus working from home as and when required.What is expected of you:Experience working with Dynamics CRM essential (D365 preferred).Experience in a similar role.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
