Telecoms Sales Support - Order Processing

Spring technology are currently working in partnership with a leading telecommunications company to recruit a telecoms sales support individual to join their existing thriving team within Hatfield.

Hatfield

£20k - £25k

As Telecoms sales support your role will be to work during the delivery lifecycle of the product on the quality function. You will ensure that orders have all the relevant information needed to proceed with an implementation. At the end of the delivery you will ensure the solution matches the requirements originally specified, any changes have been recorded and invoices checked.

Key Responsibilities

*Manage incoming orders, performing detailed order validations to ensure the product is suitable

*Create customer account details and engage with new customers

*Monitoring start dates and ensuring due diligence is performed to avoid any issues

*Performing post delivery quality checks to ensure everything is correctly configured

*Ensure all documentation is stored correctly and up to date

You will need

*Strong background within sales support / order management in a B2B capacity

*Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously under tight timescales

*Excellent administrate skills including Excel at an advanced level

*Proven experience within stakeholder and customer management

*Telecoms industry experience or knowledge is desirable - fixed line, mobile etc.
