Senior Change Manager

My market leading and award winning client in Warwickshire is looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager to join their growing Business Change team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead, define, assess and control the impact of change on people and business operations.
*Ensure that customers and partners are ready, engaged and prepared to effectively integrate change into business as usual.
*Fully realise the business case benefits and outcomes.
*Establish, own and drive activities that contribute to the continuous improvement of Change Management best practice.
*Lead, inspire manage and develop direct reports and build effective talent and succession plans to drive high performance and ensure the effective adoption of change.
About You
*Recent experience of successfully delivering significant business change and benefits realisation, establishing change management best practice and continuous improvement.
*Qualified in Change Management certification or equivalent you will also ideally be certified in PRINCE2 and Managing Successful Programmes.
*Experience of programme or project delivery.
*Strong at establishing relationships and influencing all levels of stakeholders.
*Proven ability to work well under timeframe pressures and handling multiple activities simultaneously.
*Experience of leading and managing a team.
